Here we are - NINE YEARS LATER! Can you believe it? And, God knows, my love of Israel is just as strong, and my innocence just as sure, as they
surely know.
Please use your good office to assist your constituent in obtaining the necessary visa that I may return to visit Israel without complications or detention at the airport due to any unnecessary confusion.
I yearn to return to Zion and truly miss the Holy Land, having lived throughout it, serving on eight kibbutzim, as well as living in Jerusalem, Israel's eternal capital.

Right, Right Back At Ya!
I've decided that this liberal needs to start throwing the same crap at conservatives that they're slinging at us. Yes, I am going to sink to their level because they're winning.
Conservative jackass: We are winning in Iraq and the unsuccessful attacks in London prove that the terrorists are weakened because of it.
Indy: People as dumb as you should not be allowed to breathe.
Honestly, how can anyone have a rational argument with a conservative who is so irrational as to question your motivations, patriotism, manhood or intelligence every time they disagree with you. The next time I'm asked a ludicrous and simple minded question or hear a completely ridiculous statement by one of these ignorant morons I'm going to throw it right back at them.
Conservative dunderhead: The attacks in London are what happens when you don't respond with enough military force.

I'm tired of going out and buying books and talking to different people who are close to the heart of different issues to find out what they think and know. From now on I'm going to let my uninformed opinion run free on the open range of the ridiculous. The Indy Voice will no longer reference some "definitive book on the subject," an expert or worse of all, some "fact". From now on I am going to be driving down the crooked conservative road where dribbling and allowing opinion to skew the facts is not only allowed but encouraged.

No longer will I travel to the library, the bookstore or pick-up the newspaper because why does any of that matter. Aid for Africa?
Why, after all these years, are so many countries in Africa still dependent upon Western aid? Has such aid truly helped the situation or
encouraged them to let others do for them what they won't do for themselves? (As the saying goes, you can give a man a fish and he'll eat
once or you can teach him how to fish and he'll eat plenty of times). Has such assistance truly served the long-term interests of Africa or merely
the self-interests of burgeoning bureaucracies?
Why does the white world of the West seem more concerned for the welfare and security of Africans than do many of Africa's tyrannical leaders? I
raise this question because the West is usually despised as former colonialists and imperialists and is no longer welcome to rule with its
law and order but is begged to bail African countries out once their
elected leaders rip them off (bloating foreign bank accounts) and strip their countries bare by grievous mismanagement.
Productive white farmers in Zimbabwe, for example, have viciously been driven off their family farms for black squatters who do just that - squat
- and the orphaned land lies fallow and the country starves. Yet racist Mugabe's still in power (no visits by Jesse Jackson or by an
African-American coalition of outraged ministers over this reverse discrimination or threats of sanctions by the divided UN).

Johannesburg to Cape Town, South Africa, up the Garden Route to Durban, Swaziland, Kruger National Park, and back to Johannesburg, on to Pretoria
and the Voortrekker's National Monument (does it still stand?) while en route to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe (Rhodesia).
I met up with an English lass on the train in Bulawayo whom I had met near George, South Africa and bunji-jumped with off a bridge weeks before while travelling back to Johannesburg.
I then went to Tel Aviv, Israel before coming to Home Sweet Home(USA).
May God bless Africa with genuine leaders who love their people and who put their people above their personal ambitions and greedy temptations.

Israel's Unjust Deportation of David Ben-Ariel
As reported on the front page of the Jerusalem Post (Jan. 8, 1996), the GSS (Israeli Secret Police) sought my deportation for ALLEGED involvement in a plot to "damage the mosques." This travesty of justice occurred during the witch-hunt that followed Prime Minister Rabin's assassination.
The Leftists were exploiting the death of Rabin to squash their legal opposition. Such Stalinist tactics were condemned by former Russian refuseniks and Prisoners of Zion. Thankfully, the regime of Shimon Peres was toppled with the election of Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu.
As a Christian-American member of the Temple Mount Faithful movement, I had been privileged to participate in their legal demonstrations during my 10-month stay in Jerusalem awaiting dual citizenship. Israeli television often showed me with my Jewish friends carrying Israeli flags throughout the Old City. I have also been published in the Jerusalem Post, the Traveller and other publications about the burning issue of the TEMPLE MOUNT. The Temple Mount suffers under a MILITANT MUSLIM OCCUPATION that FORBIDS CHRISTIANS AND JEWS FROM PRAYING OR READING THE BIBLE there.
This despite the fact that both Biblical Temples stood there, and it is the location where Jesus and His disciples taught and prayed. Israel has a law against such violent religious discrimination, but they're afraid or unwilling to enforce it. Such shameful appeasement rewards the Muslim aggressors and punishes the innocent!
The Temple Mount Faithful demands an end to this injustice. Meanwhile, the Muslim terrorists continue to destroy rich archaeological evidence upon the Temple Mount that proves Jerusalem is Jewish! The world condemned the Muslim Taliban for blowing up a Buddhist idol, yet has remained deathly silent while Judaism's holiest site is desecrated!
In my book, Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall, I've called for the Israeli government to exercise its Biblical responsibility to BUILD THE TEMPLE. I wrote that book in the United States before any of this trouble. It clearly explains that I'm not calling for any individual to remove the mosques, but rather expecting the GOVERNMENT to fulfill their historic obligations (if an "act of God" doesn't solve the problem first).
I mentioned this to the police during my six and a half hours of night-time interrogation by six different men. Later I was imprisoned in Jerusalem's rotting Russian Compound (built by the Turks) for several weeks until my heartbreaking deportation (for highlighting the plight of the Temple Mount).
As my attorney in Israel, Naftali Warzberger, has written, MY FUTURE IS LINKED WITH THE JEWS AND ISRAEL. That is why I'm confident justice will prevail.
Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D. Ohio) persistently presented this case of religious discrimination and political persecution before our State Department that turned a blind eye to the facts. (It's now evident why, since the former Consul General in Jerusalem, Edward G. Abington, Jr., is presently a paid lackey of the terrorist PLO! Talk about a conflict of interests that should be investigated!).

Ohio) has inquired on my behalf to return to Zion and was informed that the Israeli Ministry of the Interior has made the decision not to grant the visa and does not offer any information behind their decision. Uniting Americans
Liberals are fretting over who President Bush will nominate to replace a retiring Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. For them the prospect of Justice O’Connor who has only at times been a friend to the Constitution being replaced with a truly qualified Supreme Court Justice is terrifying. She has flirted with liberal ideology enough over her tenure that the left has gone from completely opposed to her to promoting the need to replace her in kind because the mere thought of her replacement being to the “right” of this “moderate” brings them feelings of dread and despair. At least with a “moderate” on the court like Justice O’Connor they can still win victories for their ideology.
So the liberals are out in force calling for a nominee that will unite America. And to be honest, I agree … somewhat.
When liberals talk about “uniting” America they mean someone that is agreeable to all sides be they right or wrong. The problem is however that this isn’t possible. You cannot nominate someone that is acceptable to constitutionalists like my self who seek a nominee that will actually enforce the law and not make law and also someone that at the same time is acceptable to those that want a nominee who will create a new law and then enforce that new law. Sorry, but it just isn’t going to happen.
I don’t find it odd that this is the vain tactic of the left; to call for unity of all ideas no matter how opposed they are to each other. But where was the call from these same elite liberals when a then President Bill Clinton put up for nomination famous rewriter of the Constitution Ruth Bader Ginsberg? I don’t remember them asking Bill Clinton to nominate a Justice that was acceptable to us Constitutionalists and “unite” America. And that is because they didn’t.
But like I said before, I do sort of agree that we need to unite America with Justice O’Connor’s replacement. President Bush should nominate someone that is able to “unite” Americans but realizing that just because people live here and claim citizenship here that they are not necessarily “Americans”.
Forget appeasing the left wing Socialists, fascists & Communists. They are not Americans because they do not agree with the quintessential documents that spell out what “Americans” believe; the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
Sure, these Socialists, fascists & Communists will bemoan my bravado at saying they are not Americans. But they aren’t. Sorry.
They don’t believe in “all men … created equal”. They don’t believe that these rights come from their “Creator” and by correlation that there must be a “Creator” (i.e. God). They don’t believe that the powers of the government should be limited to only their enumerated powers and that instead they have carte blanche to do anything they want in the name of promoting “general Welfare”. They believe that there is no right to freely practice religion in America but only a mysterious “separation of church and state” that miraculously prohibits public free exercise and displays of religion. They don’t believe in private property rights and they certainly don’t believe that the American people should be allowed to keep and bear arms to protect themselves from oppressive government. So they certainly cannot call themselves “Americans” since believing in all of the above are integral to what being an “American” is about.
So let’s unite America and the “Americans” that live here with a Justice that will adhere to the Constitution. And let’s forget about the faux Americans cloaking themselves in a veil of false patriotism.

I met Yitzhak Rabin in the Israeli Parliament in 1982 during Hanukkah. I was able to talk with him briefly and mention I was associated with Ambassador College in Pasadena, California.
That was a tactful way of saying I'm a Christian since I knew he personally knew Herbert W. Armstrong and the Worldwide Church of God, including the Plain Truth magazine. Mr. Armstrong had presented him with a gift of Steuben crystal before.
I was a volunteer at Kibbutz Ramat Yohanan at the time, in Northern Israel near Haifa. Just so happens Rabin had lived there for over a year in the late '50s.
I initially considered Rabin - born in Jerusalem - a traitor for surrendering too much to sworn Arab enemies who had not changed their goal of genocide, only their tactics; for going against clear security concerns he once expressed. (I was in a cafe in Jerusalem when he was shot in Tel Aviv). I refused to attend his funeral, although I had attended Rabbi Meir Kahane's some years before.
Later I found out Rabin was apparently being pressured by the dark powers that be to continue to go against what he knew was wrong and that he resisted and was therefore MURDERED by them for coming to his senses.
I do not believe Yigal Amir murdered Rabin. ( I met Avishai Raviv several times - he's the government agent provacateur who goaded Raviv to murder Rabin). Amir is a patsy, the fall-guy, as is thoroughly expounded upon in Who Killed Yitzhak Rabin by Barry Chamish, his first book that broached the subject and clearly indicts the traitor and murderer Shimon Peres (whose Hebrew name appropriately means vulture).
I repeatedly condemn Peres as a kapo of compromise, a prostitute who serves his German-Jesuit EU masters, a traitor who has sold and is selling out Jews, Jerusalem and Israel and say as much in Beyond Babylon. I am on public record against his perfidy and continue to expose him. He was the Bolshevik in charge during my deportation, who was very much aware of an article published in Jerusalem where I mention the EU plans for Jerusalem's occupation.

Edward Abington: political prostitute
"The American Diplomat in Arafat's Corner," published in The Jerusalem Report, came as no surprise to me. It was referring to Edward Abington, Jr., the United States' former consul general in Jerusalem who is now "guiding the Palestinians through the labyrinths of Washington. What depth of blind insanity has inflicted itself upon Israel's politicians, and such as George W. Bush and Condoleeza Rice?!!??
So, in order to bring about disarray within the ranks of those opposing the Disengagement, a specially trained "Gestapo/KGB type" unit is to be deployed a week before the Withdrawal begins, to totally disarm the "settlers," and to drag protest leaders from their beds in the middle of the night.. It would appear then, that the authorities have identified who the protest leaders are, where they reside, and the magnitude of their "threat" to the Withdrawal! Obviously, they expect a great deal of resistance!
I hope their prediction is accurate! The resistance must become even more organized, so that everyone knows what they must do, regardless of whether the protest leaders are incarcerated or not! What they fail to comprehend, is that those apprehended will in fact become hero's, strengthening the resolve and bravery of the anti-withdrawal folk.
But what is worrisome, is the fact that police and military heavy-handed tactics are being proposed at all! Ariel Sharon obviously feels the residents of Gush Katif and the Shomron are now to be considered enemies of Israel, and are to be treated as such! But while he gives orders to incarcerate peaceful Israeli citizens who love the Land, guns are being awarded to the enemy PA, to "encourage them." Disarm and incarcerate law-abiding, loyal citizens, and arm their enemies!! Did Sharon and his henchmen have an identity swap while they were sleeping one dark night? Have they been switched to become "Palestinians?" Or is it perhaps what they have been eating for breakfast?
How does one win, or avert, a war? Apparently, the strategy is to disarm your own citizens who have indicated by both word and action that they will not resort to violence against their own officials, to make certain they cannot defend themselves, even against true enemies such as hostile terrorist Palestinians, who everyone now agrees may use the Withdrawal proceedings to stage attacks. Terrorize innocent families in the middle of the night. And, at the same time, "encourage" the real enemies by arming them! Now, that's a novel way to defeat one's enemies!! Oh yes!! Inform everyone that the PA has become peaceful in intent, because the atrocities have "slowed-down," even though they have still not taken decisive steps to permanently disarm the terrorists. Even one rocket attack, one bombing attempt, one suicide mission plot, is still an act of terror! Since the so-called cease-fire agreement of Sharm el Sheik, the attacks have continued! ANYONE AWAKE OUT THERE?
As we reel from the news of the recent bombings in London, England, it is incumbent upon all of us to examine, seriously, why such attacks by Islamic Extremists are occurring. We cannot combat what we do not understand, let alone try to wage an
effective war against such an insidious enemy.
First of all, it must be pointed out that this terrorist war against the West is not simply the random acts of extremist thugs. Rather, we are dealing with a well-orchestrated jihad that has clearly defined purpose. The goal of the terrorists is
toward Islamic world domination through the annihilation of Israel, and eventually to dismantle all forms of governance who they perceive to be democratic or "Christian." The strategy to reach this goal is not a recent phenomenon, but has been on-going for many years; and insidiousness in the form of gorilla attacks is one of their most effective tactics. ie. The terrorist attacks have been on-going in the Middle East since before Israel became a nation in 1948, and continue daily right up to the present by avowed Islamic organizations who desire to annihilate Israel from
the world map. If we have any hope to eliminate the terrorist threat, we must start with the terrorism being perpetrated against Israel, because the terrorist groups active in the Middle East are interconnected with what is transpiring world-wide.
"First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people" is not simply an extremist slogan, but is a strategy of war having two pincher-prongs, and we just witnessed one prong of this strategy in action yesterday in London.
Meanwhile, the other prong is being clamped on the world in the Middle and Far East, and Africa. But has anyone honestly been paying attention to the threats in the Middle East, and particularly in Israel, as recently as this week? Has anyone been
following the on-going diatribes by Islamic Imams in Iran, Syria, in Israel, and even in London? Has anyone taken note of the content of the Palestinian TV programs directed toward Arab youth, or the programs of the Palestinian summer camps set up
in honor of shahids? Has anyone taken note that at the same time, Christians are under constant Islamic threat, attack, and persecution in Indonesia, Pakistan, Iran, Darfur, Nigeria, and many other nations with a strong, large Islamic population,
while their leaders appear to decry such? These all appear to be disconnected events, but are they?
To understand, we need only read recent comments by the leaders of Hamas, Hizbullah, and Islamic Jihad, regarding their goals.
Unfortunately, this information is not available through our main-stream media in the West. Although it is easily found, our media dutifully chooses to ignore the sources, to the peril of all of us. It is time the politicians in the West, and the
general public, became informed. We need to set aside our "separation of religion and state" attitude in dealing with world problems, because the Islamic Jihad forces do not operate in such a mode! They have no qualms about harbouring animosity against those of other faiths. They are NOT in favour of multiculturalism and peaceful co-existence! The sooner we recognize this, the better, because our lofty democratic attitudes, although great on paper, fall apart when dealing with ideologies that do not embrace our politically-correct ideals. Our media is
influenced by our own idealism. And our understanding of our avowed enemies is severely hampered by the public lack of information. Our westernized view of the world from our insulated democratic towers can no longer provide security, but is
actually tying our hands, and endangering our citizens.
We are not dealing with a passing tempest in a teapot, nor with madmen. The forces behind the jihad are intelligent, and the planning and execution of their attacks is brilliant. Their motivation is unadulterated religious-political fervour. The sooner we understand this, the better!
Why is Palestinian leader Abbas accused of being weak by his rivals, yet is being courted by the West? Is he, in fact, weak? Or, is there a strategy of deception going on? Abbas has no intention of totally disarming the terrorists, even though he
states he is working on it, and has taken weapons from small pockets of his Arab population in a half-hearted show of compliance. Besides, do we really think he has the power to now ensure weapons stay out of the hands of the few he has already
supposedly disarmed? And, if he is able to disarm the few, why has he not taken steps to disarm them all? Why is he dragging his feet? The truth is, Abbas cannot, and will not, go against an ideology far more vast than the his own local jurisdiction.
Abbas has not fulfilled even one demand, yet he insisted, oddly with the backing of the Bush Administration, that Israel follow through on releasing 900 Palestinian prisoners, most of whom were incarcerated because of terrorist activity against Israel. Then Abbas offered positions within the Palestinian security forces to most of those released. Oh, and these have been provided with small arms by Israel, to "strengthen" the Palestinians! Have the western nations recognized the fallacy and danger? Frightening!! These are avowed murderers, or would-be shahids, many of whom
already have blood on their hands, or were intercepted on a mission to blow-up Israelis along with themselves, or were harbouring weapons for the same purpose. How ‘comforting' to know they are now security personnel!
Hamas has indicated, only two days ago, they will not disarm, but as soon as the Disengagement from Gaza by the Israelis takes place, will step-up their attacks in order to secure Jerusalem and the West Bank for the Palestinians. Abbas also has upped the demand of more land, by insisting another community close to Ashkelon, which was not scheduled for withdrawal, be placed under Palestinian jurisdiction. Where, and when will it stop?
The "hand-writing is on the wall." Those in the anti-disengagement camp are not simply trying to put a halt to the withdrawal by standing up for a few thousand Israelis who will be uprooted from their homes and lives. They recognize the fact that the situation is much more complex than that! The voices being raised against Israeli disengagement are, like Daniel, interpreting the "handwriting!" But, is anyone willing to recognize the warnings? If we do not heed, like the Babylonian
Empire, whose corrupt, hedonistic King failed to take the interpretation seriously, the Western world will fall into the hands of the enemy, even while we carry on with our own indulgent "party."

Dangerous ideas?
A three judge Israeli panel permitted certain women to have services at the Western Wall, noting they "have the right to pray according to their custom...It is unacceptable that concern about a violent reaction by any sector of the public will lead to denial of the exercise by another sector of its right."
Yet it is precisely because of the threats of militant Muslims that Christians and Jews have always been denied their religious right upon the Temple Mount. Based upon the ruling, "freedom of access" to the Temple Mount should finally be guaranteed for all, as Israeli law states.
Former Jerusalem Mayor Ehud Olmert accused the government and Attorney General of FAILING TO PROTECT JEWISH RIGHTS UPON THE TEMPLE MOUNT and were permitting the Muslims to build another mosque there. "Priceless archaeological treasures are being destroyed in the process," Olmert was quoted by Israel Radio. A municipal official who wanted to see the site was turned back by police. So law-abiding officials are turned away from the Temple Mount while Muslim criminals flout the law and foxes run free?
Benjamin Netanyahu: "The right of the Jewish people to its holy place - the Temple Mount - cannot be questioned...I believe it is necessary to arrange for Jewish prayer on the site, especially given that we permit freedom of worship to all the religions in Jerusalem...". And his office charged Palestinian officials with "disparaging Jewish holy sites and threatening potential worshippers" (in flagrant violation of Israel's 1967 Law for the Protection of the Holy Places and the Oslo Accords). His deputy director of communications, Michael Freund, responded to the PA mufti's declaration of war (that Jews "...must absolutely forget about having any rights over the Temple Mount...the Western Wall is just a fence belonging to a Muslim holy site") by saying "these statements are repugnant and they betray a contempt for Judaism's most sacred sites and beliefs. They are an affront to history and insulting to Jews everywhere."
Tzachi Hanegbi, former Israeli Public Security Minister, was quoted by Israeli media as telling the Knesset that the Temple Mount would soon be open to non-Muslims, with or without Muslim agreement:
"We cannot tolerate a situation in which worshippers of all faiths are not allowed to pray on Temple Mount...The time is close, much closer than one thinks, when Jews will be able to pray on this holy site."
Now, it's past time for Israel to take note of these public pronouncements and LIFT THE UNJUST ENTRY BAN ON DAVID BEN-ARIEL for simply saying and writing the same thing (for years). The Israeli police truly know and understand that the only security threat that came from my calls for this LONG OVERDUE JUSTICE were from the same Muslims who threaten to defy any changes in the deplorable status quo upon the Temple Mount.
I've been blessed to have served as a lowly volunteer on eight kibbutzim throughout the Promised Land of Israel. One of them was Kibbutz Sdot Yam, home to the Hungarian-born Israeli heroine, Hannah Senesh. While there I read Hannah Senesh: Her Life and Diary, that included this interesting observation: "When anyone in Hungary spoke of Zionism five or even two years ago, Jewish public opinion condemned him as a traitor of Hungary, laughed at him, considered him a mad visionary, and under no circumstances heard him out."
Thank God that the few Zionists were able to transcend the bitter criticism of the short-sighted majority! Thank G-d that such "mad" visionaries saw their dream become a reality: a Jewish Homeland!
During my brief appearance before Israel's High Court, the prosecution charged that I hold "dangerous ideas." I suppose the short-sighted prosecution would ban the Bible if he could since it contains the "dangerous ideas" that millions believe in! What are those "dangerous ideas?" That the Promised Land is promised to Israel and not to Ishmael; that the Temple Mount must be restored as the TEMPLE Mount and respected as Judaism's holiest site; that Jerusalem is the eternal capital of Israel.
May Israel appreciate those who stand with them, who encourage them to be strong and overcome every obstacle, that the "dangerous ideas" may be recognized as innocent IDEALS and embraced, that Israel may live and prosper!

President Bush rewards terrorism!
America can ill afford to reward terrorists, yet The Blade reports our bankrupt country has budgeted $200,000,000 "economic and infrastructure assistance to the Palestian Authority." This same issue of The Blade reports growing concerns that democracy among the "Palestinians" could backfire upon us with their rejection of one terrorist group, Fatah, co-founded by terrorist Mahmoud Abbas and terrorist Yasser Arafat, for the terrorist group America is still honest enough to call a terrorist organization: Hamas.
The Blade reports that Fatah is "expected to take a beating at the hands of the Islamic Hamas, which is running candidates for the first time."
It is the American people and our so-called war against terrorism that is taking the beating. How can we expect to win a war against those Nazi-Muslims who have declared war against the West, especially against the United States and Israel, when we continue to reward terrorists and President Bush pimps another Arab regime, an accursed "Palestine," upon the Promised Land of Israel? Doesn't President Bush know his facts?
You don't have to be an Einstein to figure out that the $200,000,000 going into Palestinian coffers equals more Americans and Israelis going into coffins! If Islamic Hamas wins the terrorist organization of your choice election, that $200,000,000 goes right into their bloody hands!
The Blade also reports Israeli Prime Minister Sharon hypocritically accusing the world of remaining silent during the Holocaust, when he pushes his Judenrein policies, his planned pogrom against the Jews of Gaza, his intended ethnic cleansing of Jews from their homes, properties, businesses, synagagues, cemeteries, playgrounds... selling his soul to the fascist EU and selling out Israel in the suicidal "peace" process!
"Land for peace" is a mindless mantra. Israel has lots less land and no more peace! WHERE'S THE PEACE? Placing an inordinate amount of "political capital" in an oft repeated but rarely defined term known as "values," the contradiction between the party's actions and its rhetoric on the subject ultimately lead to its demise. The beginning of the end started on November 7th, 2000 with a great revolutionary crisis that eventually caused the party to wind up on the ash heap of history.
The party is survived by 62,040,610 bewildered citizens. Eventually those that supported the party came to learn of its great hypocrisy and strict adherence to its single tenet of profit and power before country.
The beginnings of the schism which ultimately lead to an unrepairable fracture of the party was fostered by the group's recruitment of corporations and the religious right, who's competing interests and dogmas were too diametrically opposed for a public ultimately concerned with political pragmatism. The final shot to the great political beast was administered by the ideologue and capitalist President George W. Bush, who embodied what the party had morphed into, from a pragmatic and benevolent organization into the world's biggest corporate and religious special interest group.
Bush, while leading the party towards the "ash heap," never came to realize that his wanton lust for power and profit would never allow his moral motivations to be ratified. Some claim that this internal tug-of-war was created by Bush's political master, Karl Rove, conclusions cannot be easily drawn except to say that Rove's obvious Machiavellian machinations lead a majority of the public to question the validity of their initial judgement that the party and its leaders were trustworthy. In fact, while many of the religious right claimed that there did indeed exist a morally unambiguous truth, their observations of the Bush administration and the Republican party lead them to believe that truth as the party observed it was malleable and justice would only be dished out to those who dare question the right of the ruler to rule.
At a time when the party held its greatest political power a small minority was calling for a return to the moderation that they believed the party once stood for. Unfortunately the voices of the reasonable were drowned out by those that claimed that the results of the elections were enough for the party to forsake respect for the truth.
The Democratic party issued the following statement,
"We offer our condolences to those unsuspecting souls that were blindsided by these events. You are in our thoughts and our prayers and we wish you the best.
The Republican party was a fierce political adversary and the competitor in all of us will miss their fighting spirit. In years past the Republican party has tried to keep us honest, sometimes more so than we tried to keep ourselves. For this we thank them for their shining example of what becomes of a party that fails to turn that discerning eye inward to introspectively correct faults and remain humble.
The example that has arisen out of the ashes could not be clearer. Whatever organizations come to represent the disparate groups affected by these events will be better off for it. Homage, no matter how bizarre, must be paid posthumously to the Republican party for allowing this much needed evolution and for this we again thank them."
